I am saddened to report that my health status has continued to be challenging, and has not proven to be on a path of recovery. I had hoped that by taking a few months off to recover, I could resume my work as your physician, but it does not seem possible to do so any longer.

During the last two months, my colleague Dr. Maziar Zamani MD has graciously supported my practice, and provided care to my patients. I have appreciated his assistance during this period very much, as I am sure do those whom he has helped. He has offered to continue your care coverage for until September 20, 2026, as an extension of his courtesy to me. Thereafter, He is only accepting house call patients as a part of his concierge practice, which allows for the expanded access that is needed for those patients. He has an established concierge program at his office, which can provide you with more details if desired, at the address and telephone number enclosed in this letter below:
